A complete practice of classical Pilates workout in a peaceful studio. Followed by a gathering with homemade smoothies and granola bars.
In case of nice weather we can also use the terrace after the class.
All skill levels, ages and genders are welcome!

Number of attendees : 9 people (maximum)
Minimum attendance : 5 people (minimum)

Please arrive 10~5 minutes before the class.
We recommend to wear comfortable sportswear, bring cotton socks and towels for the class. A changing room and lockers are available in the studio.
